QMS Consulting and Auditing
For many small businesses, the 2 primary sources of data have historically been ERP systems and Quality Management System QMS). Conformance to regulatory standards continues to be a need. Stillwater Group’s unique skill stack approaches the creation of Quality Systems as part of a data-centric continuum. We have experience in creating ISO Quality Management Systems from the ground up. Stillwater Group has also been successful in creating data streams where quality data is integrated into broader business pipelines, Integrated data is part of the total business dynamics.
Stillwater offers Quality consulting, 1st party internal auditing, and 2nd party Supplier auditing. Stillwater also works in 3rd party auditing for several QMS registrars, auditing common industry (ISO9001:2015) and medical (ISO 13485:2016) standards.
